Brief: Successfully bring fans of the novels and video games to join the party for Netflix's next big blockbuster franchise. One of the great things about The Witcher is that there were years of fan sentiment to research. 
We wanted our approach to the TV series to be a solid mix of drama, folklore, and whimsy. Our community management voice of a nameless Bard was a massive success, and allowed us to have first-person flexibility in how we interact with fans. We managed content for the show's interactive map, created Witchmas, where we released exclusive fan content in a series of daily social voting, moderated the first ever Witchercon, and forced "Toss a Coin to your Witcher" to the top of every soundtrack streaming chart.
