Brief: Bring a sensitive, yet important American story to the masses. Working within the creative guidelines set by Apple, we built a suite of Instagram album posts that brought humanity to Emancipation and detail to the film's unique production conditions.
It was important to highlight the soul of this film and this production, and having Will Smith speak so candidly and passionately about the creation of it left us with more than enough to build our campaign around. The fact that the production filmed in the Louisiana bayou, the exact place that hundreds of years ago this story took place, added to the authentic story we wanted to tell.
